John A. Wolfe, Ph.D.
Dr. Wolfe grew up in the Spokane Valley before attending Westmont College in Santa Barbara California and receiving a BA in psychology. He then completed a master’s degree in theology as well as a PhD in clinical psychology at Fuller Theological Seminary. His clinical training has included APA approved internships in Child and Adolescent psychology at Hathaway Home for Children in Los Angeles, and Adult Psychology at USAF Hospital Wright Patterson in Ohio. After serving 3 years active duty in the Air Force, he then moved to Rhode Island and completed a fellowship in neuropsychology and was a clinical faculty member at Brown University Medical School for 15 years. He has worked in the field of neuropsychology since then in a variety of capacities including hospitals and private practice. He has worked in private practice in Coeur d’Alene since 2005 and has taught psychology courses at Gonzaga University, Roger Williams University, and Melbourne Community College.
